For online classes, you can use a personal computer, laptop, tablet or phone. To study from a phone or tablet, you must download the QQEnglish application.
*For convenience, it is still recommended to use a laptop, tablet or personal computer, as the teacher demonstrates the educational equipment.
To work from a laptop, only the Google Chrome browser should be used.
Before class, you can send a message to the teacher by clicking the appropriate button from your personal account.
The second free lesson is valid for 10 days after completing the first free lesson.
After completing the first free lesson, the teacher will write down the lesson comments, student level and recommended educational materials in the personal account My Classes – My Completed Classes.
In your personal account, my classes – My completed classes.
You can reserve up to 15 minutes before the start of the class.
After logging in to the site, select the date, teacher, time and program on the booking page.
After logging in on your page, select a Package for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months for 15 lessons (750 points) or 30 lessons (1500 points) per month.
You can choose to pay via PayPal using your card. Immediately after paying for the corresponding package, points are credited directly to your personal account automatically on a monthly basis.
Classes can be booked 24 hours, 7 days a week. QQEnglish school teachers are online around the clock.
If a lesson does not take place due to the teacher’s illness, the school returns the points spent for the lesson.
A package of points is a package of classes for 3, 6, 12, 24 months.
QQEnglish provides reliable communication over a dedicated channel. The school is located in ITPark – a business zone of the city, where a high-speed, uninterrupted connection is provided.
When scheduled work on the server occurs, the school sends a notification.
A classroom is a virtual classroom in which a lesson is held. In your personal account, you must specify in Settings
If you book on the day of the lesson, the school will refund your points or provide a replacement.
(Lessons at 00:00 and 00:30 are also considered lessons on the reporting day)
If you made a reservation for the next day or other days, the school will cancel the reservation and refund your points.
Cancelation is free if you make it no later than 12 hours before the start of the lesson. The cancelation time is determined by the time you press the “Cancel” button.
 
*Please note that you can only use expired points (remaining after cancelation) within the next 24 hours and will not be valid if redeemed later.
Fixed reservation – reservation for online classes 14 days in advance by the system with the same teacher. Detailed information is provided in your personal account.
According to the rule, between three 25-minute lessons there are two 5-minute breaks. If you want to take a whole lesson, please notify the teacher at the beginning of the first lesson.
The duration of classes can be 25 or 50 minutes.
But even if you booked two classes in a row with the same teacher, each of them will last 25 minutes with a 5-minute break. If you would like a full uninterrupted lesson, please notify the teacher at the beginning of the first lesson by sending a message to the teacher.
 
*50 – minute lessons only for special needs. IELTS, TOEIC, Callan Hard Core, Vocabulary Builder for Intermediate programs.
When booking a lesson in your personal account, simply select the duration of 25 or 50 minutes and the corresponding program.
If you are less than 15 minutes late, the class will take place. If it is more than 15 minutes, then you are considered absent from class. Please note that even if you are late, the end time of the lesson remains the same.
Your class calendar appears on your profile page after you log in to the site. Please click on the “Cancel Lesson” button in your lesson booking information if you would like to cancel.
According to the conditions for the purchased Lesson Package for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, 750 points are credited to your personal account – 15 lessons or 1500 points – 30 lessons (from the current date of purchase to the same date of the next month). The average cost of one lesson lasting 25 minutes is 50 points. You have the option to reserve a maximum of 3 classes each day. Unused points are not carried over to the next month, they expire.

Family participation is a function with which you can add a registered family member to your account, you can reserve classes for the account owner, and monitor (if the account belongs to a child) the owner’s class attendance. You can set these settings under My Page – Account Name – Family Members (Family Membership)

Yes. You cannot use points received within one month for a purchased Package for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months for more than one month.
Unused monthly points are not carried over to the next month, they expire.
To track your progress, you need to select a program when booking a lesson Level check. This will be considered as a full 25-minute lesson. The teacher will register updates by level in your personal account.
You can use the fixed booking option for 14 days in advance.

Yes, we recommend the Callan Method and the QQBasic Basic course as the main courses, and Thematic Communication or Business English as additional courses, depending on your goals.
It depends on your individual abilities and at what level you started learning the language. But on average, practice shows that most students master the language at a level sufficient for communication after 20 lessons using the Callan method and 25 lessons using the “Basic QQ Course” program. Of course, motivation plays a big role.
In addition, it is important not only to take new lessons, but also to repeat the material covered. And you will get results!

In QQEnglish, teachers write comments about the lesson after or during the lesson, as general comments, and also about what material was used in the lesson.
Teachers are sometimes absent due to illness. In this case, the school returns the points.
*If you do not need a substitute teacher, please indicate this on your page. When booking a lesson, there are two options: “replacement teacher” and “Refund for points”. Choose the one that suits you.
 
It was not possible to contact the teacher, although the lesson time had already arrived.
Check if you and the teacher are both authorized. A call from a teacher may fail for some reason.
Click the “If you can’t reach your teacher when class starts” button, then the “call your teacher” button.

If it doesn’t appear, reload the page.
The school will refund points if, due to communication problems, the lesson lasted less than 20 minutes and the communication problem was on the school’s part. In this case, the school will check the progress of the lesson.
Please check the following:
Your equipment is connected to the Internet.
Your headphones and microphone are connected to your computer correctly.
The computer detects your headphones and equipment.
The sound level is not too weak.
If your conversation is interrupted in the middle, please restart your device.

How to Join a Class with a Computer

  1. Use Chrome browser to join the class with a computer.
  2. Then, go to the link below.
  3.  After viewing the web version of the login page, enter the username and password sent by English Fact support in the following box. Then, click “Join Members”.

Please note:

  • Be sure to type in the information sent by support.
  • Do not copy the information sent or use the browser’s saved defaults.

      4. If you have logged into your user panel, you will see the following box. Click on the cross or the Close option.

     5.Then, scroll down to view the class calendar. (Scroll down.) In the “Your classes” section, click on the blue box with the pencil icon, as shown in the image below.

      6.When you click on the blue button, the “Join class” button will appear above the calendar. Simply click on the red “Join class” button.

      7. This step is very important: If you are joining the class for the first time, it will ask you for access to your microphone and camera. Be sure to click on the Allow or “Allow” option. (Your Google Chrome version may be different and may request access in several steps. Be sure to use the latest version of Google Chrome.)

Note: If you do not grant access, you will not have video or audio in the class. If you have ignored access, follow the steps in the image below.

After allowing, follow the steps below to test. To see the results, wait for the green check mark. (Make sure you see your image in step 1, hear the sound in step 2, and hear your own voice in step 3.)

       8. Now, if you see the space below, it means you have entered the class.

  • To test the class, for the first time, you must enter the class with an English Fact Persian-speaking support staff. If the class test is not done before the level determination or the first session, your class will be canceled. The class test must be done at least 1 day before the date reserved for you; because if any problem occurs, such as no sound, etc., we will have the opportunity to solve the problem. If you encounter any other problems, please contact the support staff.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Steps to join a class using a mobile phone or tablet

  1. Download the QQEnglish app for your phone or tablet, depending on your operating system.

       2. After installing the app, it is best to turn off your VPN for faster speeds. Then, when you open the app, you will see the following space

    1. Click on the “sign in” option
    2. Enter the information sent by the support team in the “sign in” section. (If the language of your mobile phone or tablet is Persian, you will see the options in Persian.)

Note:

  • Be sure to type the information sent by support.
  • Do not copy the information sent or use the device’s stored defaults.

       3. Now you will enter the following space; at first, click on the photo according to whether you are an adult or a child until the orange circle appears around it. Then click on the numbers on the photo according to the numbers on the photo.

⚠️ Step 5: At this stage, you will be asked to enter the name of the course. You do not need to choose any course, just click on “Skip” or “Cancel”. If you are unable to Skip, please select one of the courses at your discretion. It is possible to change the course after the placement test.

       4. After completing the above steps, you will be taken to the main page. Click on the orange box next to the teacher’s name, “Enter” or “Enter Class”.

       5. In this step, turn your mobile or tablet to landscape mode. You are now in class.

⚠️ Please note:

  • For the first time, you must join the class with an English Fact English-speaking supporter for the class test. If the class test is not completed before the placement test or the first session, your class will be canceled.
  • The class test must be completed at least 1 day before the date reserved for you. This is because we will have the opportunity to resolve any issues such as no sound, etc.

Steps to join a class using a mobile phone or tablet

  1. Download the QQEnglish app for your phone or tablet, depending on your operating system.

    1. Click on the “sign in” option

  • Be sure to type the information sent by support.
  • Do not copy the information sent or use the device’s stored defaults.

       3. Now you will enter the following space; at first, click on the photo according to whether you are an adult or a child until the orange circle appears around it. Then click on the numbers on the photo according to the numbers on the photo.
